Our company carries out R&D and engineering studies and project-based activities for other sectors, especially the iron and steel sector and the metal sector .

We produce advanced engineering solutions jointly with our own automation, mechanical and informatics units .

Innovative and original designs and systems are developed with computer aided design (CAD) and computer aided manufacturing systems (CAM). In our project group, design and projecting are carried out with computer aid and 3D design and analysis of the systems are carried out.

It continues its manufacturing activities with precision, with CNC lathes of various sizes , CNC Borwerk benches , CNC milling machines , CNC plasma cutting machine , balancing bench and heat treatment processes in a closed area of ​​5,000 m2 in our workshop.

Our automation unit develops advanced control and automation solutions for process and service center lines in the iron and steel industry . We serve as one of the most competent solution partners in the field of Siemens Motion Control Systems .

By developing Level-2 software in the concept of Industry 4.0, we fully provide data integration of companies.

Since its establishment, Teknoplan has developed projects and presented products in most of the Integrated Production Facilities and Steel Service Centers operating in Turkey’s Iron and Steel Industry.
